A 1955 roaster, slow and old-fashioned cooking, 15kg by 15kg for 25 minutes of cooking. A selection of 8 Arabicas in pure Origins and a blend of the chef. From cafes within reach of every palate, simple lovers to the finest of black juices will be satisfied. Every Monday the machine is launched for a fresh roasting in a “monk's dress” that respects every molecule of the grain. The starting coffees will have a maximum roast of 10 days. The “ground” coffees are on the eve of departure. All the backing of the coffees is ensured by an ESAT (Fourniller Kerchene).
