Tasting Notes: Strawberry, Raspberry, Brown Sugar. The Ethiopia Mother Station is luscious, clean, and full of berry notes. We love this coffee as a pour-over, but it works exceptionally well in a blend to add subtle fruit notes or as a fruit-forward single-origin espresso. In lighter roasts we taste strawberry, raw sugar, and Raspberry. Further roast development pulls out notes of milk chocolate, blackberry jam, and toasted hazelnut.
