The luggage tags have a strap you cannot open in order to attach it to the suitcase handle. When I saw this, I contacted the seller right away. I couldn't return them because they were considered seasonal. Long story short, they ignored my emails and I had to contact Faire support. They didn't respond to Fair support either, but I was finally able to get credit for the tags with the help of Faire.
