My first chair was delivered via UPS, who must have driven a pallet jack thru the shipping container to break the right front leg. After unsuccessfully trying to deal with UPS, I contacted Howard Elliott directly, sent photos of the damage; and all my troubles disappeared. A new chair arrived in time for my grand opening. SO happy! Excellent, excellent, excellent!

Despite amazing packaging, UPS managed to break a leg off the chair. I was able to see that the chair legs are SOLID wood, not something else. So, the quality is an awesome. I took photos; sent them; explained my situation—grand opening in less than 2 weeks!—and Colleen sent a replacement chair THAT DAY! She is so kind, understanding, gracious, helpful, and a perfect customer service fairy godmother! I already have another order on my list and will definitely be purchasing from them again.
