The cacao beans are single-estate, grown on our own agroforestry farm in the Philippines, where trees thrive under organic care and the farm is PhilGAP-certified. Fermented in santol-wood boxes for 5–6 days and sun-dried on raised beds for eight days, the result is a deep, earthy bar with layered notes of roasted nuts, dried figs, and a subtle citrus edge.
