Valhalla is one of those. Thanks to the Thor movie series, the public tends to know that Valhalla is the hall of the dead where the Norse Mega God Odin sends only the best of the best. I could have created a fantastic traditional seasoning in honor of this amazing place. However, I instead chose a unique combination as my tribute to a place where the Salmon is good enough for Odin himself. Sweet and smoky with rich earthiness and finished with a touch of spice.  Valhalla Salmon marries natural juices and seasoning to form a delicious glaze on the fish. It is a flavorful departure from the usual citrus-based rubs so common with seafood.
