(115 gr) Mussels in Escabeche is a high-quality, delicious Spanish-style seafood dish from Dos Olivos Markets. Our Mussels arrive in our cannery straight from traditional seafood boilers, whose artisanship an know-how is unmatched. Once in our cannery, the Mussels are fried in olive oil for a few seconds, a process which removes some of the water still contained in the Mussels, giving them the perfect texture. One by one, the Mussels are then packed in the cans by hand with a grain of black pepper, clove and a piece of bay leaf and covered with our homemade Escabeche Sauce made from natural ingredients from local producers INGREDIENTS:Mussels, olive oil, escabeche (vinegar, sweet paprika, garlic, smoked paprika, clove, pepper and bay leaf).
