Pata Negra free range 100% Iberico acorn-fed ham leg, salted and cured for at least 36 months following traditional techniques in natural curing sheds. When cut, it has a pinkish colour, with infiltrated and shiny fat, it is its bouquet and flavour that distinguishes it as the best 100% Iberico Patanegra ham. From: Avila, Castile and Leon, Spain. Net weight: The whole ham average weight between 7.5 kg and 8 kg. INGREDIENTS 100 % Iberian ham. Black label.

Meat melts on the tongue: soft, delicious and cured with presicion. Well balanced content of tasty fat in sausages. Superb additions to bread, salads, anti-pasti/tapas etc. A little goes a long way. Lactose free goat cheese tasty and full. (Superb also crumbled in mediterranian meatballs.) Lasts longer than the bbf-date also when opened. All items vaccumed in clear foil. Readble declarations of ingredients. Small ice packs added for optimal shipping. (Trial order on sardines awaits testing.)

I sold it right away in my boutique in Llansá... excellent ham, although some people's experience is just to criticize, to each their own, but it is an excellent oily product, free of fat and with a natural color, smooth texture, and good taste of good pork.
