2" Acrylic Blank.  You can do whatever your heart desires with these 1/8" acrylic Blanks. these come with chain and clip. Please make sure to specify what color you would like.  These will come with mask on them for you to remove.  This will keep them from getting all scratched up while the shipping companies toss them around!
