Preserving its nutritional properties, our pasta is dried at a low temperature and enriched by a smooth drying process, resulting in a pasta that contains enhanced flavor and aroma. Our gluten free pasta keeps its consistency and is recommended served al dente. Ditalini pasta are small, tube-shaped noodles, similar in size to short macaroni but with straight-cut ends.
