Liquid panela or cane honey is a syrup with a thick and viscous texture, product of the evaporation and concentration of the sugar cane juice. The evaporation and concentration process is carried out by means of steam heating, not direct fire. Honey is not subjected to no type of physical or chemical refinement process, in this way we try to keep intact all the minerals and vitamins typical of cane juice, which makes it a natural and healthy product. The agricultural and manufacturing chain does not incorporate the use of agrochemicals or pesticides harmful to the environment, fauna and the health of those who consume it, in this way we obtain organic food free of health risks, suitable for vegans and free of allergens and gluten.
