Charcoal is used to burn resins. Hold a flame to the edge of the charcoal until it lights with sparks traveling across the charcoal. Be sure to place on non-flammable service before sparks reach your fingertips. Then sprinkle resin on top to create incense smoke. Add more resin as desired, charcoal will heat for approximately 15 minutes. When finished it turns to ash. Keep out of reach of Children.
