Description
This is a seasonal collaboration with some of our farmer friends here in Richmond, VA. This hot pepper jelly is made from a gorgeous variety of organically-grown Cayenne, Aji Dolce, and Carmen peppers. We add apple cider vinegar and sugar until it's sweet, but still tart; and we thicken with vegan pectin. Spoon over cream cheese on crackers. Top grilled meats or pizza. Dip your spring rolls. Just don't run out. Note: our Hot Pepper Jelly is a small farm collaboration effort, and jars do NOT include a barcode or a nutrition panel.
