Whats the dose? Take 1 capsule of NAC daily, with water or juice and with a light carbohydrate meal to support optimal bioavailability. What does it contain? Each fast release capsule contains 600mg of NAC (N-Acetyl L-Cysteine). No fillers or binders. Are there any cautions? People with bleeding disorders or taking blood thinning medications should not take NAC, as it may slow blood clotting. Are there any side effects? NAC has an unpleasant smell that makes it hard to consume for some people. You should not experience any side effects. If you do, stop taking and consult your doctor. How Long Does Delivery take?
