Cowgirl Chocolates has been known for their Hot Chocolate Selections for years. I decided to expand our selection last year and the new flavors have been very popular! This one, the Spicy Dark Chocolate Hot Cocoa is a staple product for us. We package our cocoas in tins, but I decided to make it available in bulk should someone want to add it to their coffee, tea, or restaurant selections. This cocoa cannot be used in a machine. I am going to be making 4 of the flavors available here on Faire. Our Spicy Dark Chocolate Chunk, Fancy Sippin' Mocha Cocoa, Mild Double Dark Chocolate Chunk, and out very popular, new Holiday Peppermint Cocoa. All of our hot chocolates are proprietary blends. We'll start with those flavors and see how it goes. I can ship samples if anyone wants to taste it first. We mix to order so allow us some time to prepare your order. Thanks!
