Agalma Sitia is a blend of handmade oils produced in the Pediada region, in the center of the island, and rigorously selected. This semi-mountainous area offers optimal conditions for olive cultivation. A green, creamy fruity oil with the scent of artichoke and almond is thus obtained, which is very slightly bitter, light and digestible. It is eaten with salads, in pastries and in frying. This oil is bottled in 50 cl bottles on demand, guaranteeing true freshness.
