Description
Paraffin is derived from petroleum. It is relatively brittle and will flake when used alone for batik; therefore, it is commonly mixed with Microcrystalline Wax. It can also be used for cleaning brushes in encaustic. It comes in easy-to-measure pellets. Use in a well-ventilated area. Melting point: 127-135°F/52.8-57.2°C.

The products are great but the shipping time is extremely slow (I ordered mid May and received late July) and they have zero communication. I messaged three times about a damaged item and never received a response. Faire messaged and didn’t either. Jacquard also didn’t update the shipping so I couldn’t fill out the damage request bc it looked like the order never shipped. Faire had to auto update the order as delivered so I could make a claim bc Jacquard never updated or responded.
