Garlic & Herb Beer Bread- Just add a beer or soda, mix and bake! Won #1 Mix in Wisconsin multiple years. GARLIC & HERB BEER BREAD: Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Pour bread mix into a bowl. Add one 12-ounce beer or white soda to the bowl. Stir for 20-30 seconds. DO NOT over-mix, the batter will be lumpy. Pour batter into a greased pan. Pour 3 Tablespoons of melted butter on top if desired. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the loaf is golden brown or the toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely, and serve. GARLIC CHEDDAR BISCUITS: Preheat oven to 400°. Combine Garlic & Herb Beer Bread Mix, 1-2 Tbsp. Glorious Garlic, ½ cup (1 stick) softened butter, 1 cup milk, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, and stir until dough forms. Drop dough by large spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush the tops of hot biscuits with 2-3 Tbsp. melted butter. Serve warm. HUSH PUPPIES.
