Grown at high altitude, in the extreme conditions of the Yushan Mountains in Taiwan, this rare tea is only harvested twice a year. Hand cultivated and nurtured, the leaves retain a high concentration of amino acid and offer a smooth infusion with notes of crisp green apple and raw string beans.
