* Selling Unit: 1 * Lalvin 1118 is an active, neutral wine yeast ideal for producing sparkling and high brix juice. It is also an excellent choice for barrel fermentations and can perform well at low temperatures with very compact lees and even under common nutrient conditions. One thing to be aware of with this wine yeast is that it can produce a high amount of SO2 (up to 30 ppm) that can inhibit malolactic fermentation. * Product of Canada
