DESCRIPTION Milk type: Freshly milked Manchega sheep's milk From: D.O Queso Manchego. Quesería Ojos del Guadiana, Daimiel, Castile La Mancha, Spain. Net weight: Cheese wedge, aprox. 250g Artisan cheese made with 100% Manchega sheep's raw milk. Its rind is brushed and bathed of extra virgin olive oil. This is an artisan cheese cured for more than 6 months, matured slowly, giving the cheese a pleasant and intense aroma with a long presence in the mouth. Awards: Best 2020 Manchego Cheese by "Queso Manchego DOP" SILVER in World Cheese Award 2019-2020 GOLD in World Cheese Award 2018-2019 INGREDIENTS This cheese is made with natural ingredients only.

Meat melts on the tongue: soft, delicious and cured with presicion. Well balanced content of tasty fat in sausages. Superb additions to bread, salads, anti-pasti/tapas etc. A little goes a long way. Lactose free goat cheese tasty and full. (Superb also crumbled in mediterranian meatballs.) Lasts longer than the bbf-date also when opened. All items vaccumed in clear foil. Readble declarations of ingredients. Small ice packs added for optimal shipping. (Trial order on sardines awaits testing.)
