DESCRIPTION Milk type: Freshly milked Manchega sheep's milk From: D.O Queso Manchego. Quesería Ojos del Guadiana, Daimiel, Castile La Mancha, Spain. Net weight: Cheese wedge, aprox. 250g Made with 100% Manchega sheep's raw milk, its rind is bathed in extra virgin olive oil and cured for more than 3 months. An artisan cheese with an ivory-coloured, firm, and compact paste. A slightly flaky texture is a sign of its outstanding curing process. Awards: SILVER in World Cheese Award 2019-2020 SILVER in World Cheese Award 2018-2019 INGREDIENTS This cheese is made with natural ingredients only. Fresh Manchega Sheep's milk, rennet, egg-derived lysozyme, salt and preservatives E-252.

Meat melts on the tongue: soft, delicious and cured with presicion. Well balanced content of tasty fat in sausages. Superb additions to bread, salads, anti-pasti/tapas etc. A little goes a long way. Lactose free goat cheese tasty and full. (Superb also crumbled in mediterranian meatballs.) Lasts longer than the bbf-date also when opened. All items vaccumed in clear foil. Readble declarations of ingredients. Small ice packs added for optimal shipping. (Trial order on sardines awaits testing.)
