Several items were damaged. The order was split into 4 "deliveries" but they were all ordered together and delivered together, not sure why do it that way other than to create confusion. They cancelled all of our chocolate, maybe not offer those if they can't ship. They took a hold amount for the entire order then made several charges for each delivery. We still have NOT seen the original amount credited back. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE, email or texting with AI is NOT the same thing.

You need to switch the cheap plastic containers. Every time I have ordered I have had to throw out at least 1 product due to the plastic breaking. However the newer containers have been in a better container.
