My first order got lost. I waited about a month before contacting the company. The full order could not be replaced so I was given a partial refund. Order was processed and shipped in good time. Packaging is excellent. I do hope that less plastic can be used in the future. Maybe switch to paper wrapping, or corn-based wrapping? Prices (once imported to Canada) are quite high, so I hope the items sell, but it's good quality and should attract some lookers and interest.
