Our Botanic Gardens range has been created in collaboration with Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, and 5% of proceeds from this collaboration will go towards the continued conservation and research undertaken by the Gardens. RECIPE SUGGESTIONS Sparkling Grapefruit Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Grapefruit Shrub Syrup and lots of ice to a glass. Add 5 parts soda and stir. Adjust to taste. (Add some gin for a delicious alternative to a gin and tonic. Try Anther Distillery’s Florescence Gin, also a collaboration with Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria.) Paloma 60ml Tequila or Mezcal 30ml The Curious Cabinet Grapefruit Shrub Syrup Soda Add Tequila, Shrub Syrup and lots of ice to a tall glass rimmed with salt. Top with Soda. Stir. Adjust to taste. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or a slice of grapefruit. Serve.
