I don't normally leave bad reviews, but I tried ordering from them twice, just in case something went wrong the first order. The first order we received were 12 bowls all in one box not wrapped up, so they got tossed around and were completely broken when we opened them. I let them know and sent photos. It took over a month to send a replacement order. That order was wrapped extremely well. But all the bowls still had cracks and chips in them. It was a loss of money for our business.
