Made with cacao beans from our own single-estate farm in the Philippines, grown in an agroforestry system and naturally nourished with vermicast and bio-organic foliar fertilizers made from seaweed and fish fermented with molasses. Our beans are fermented in santol-wood boxes and dried on raised platforms using a solar-air intermittent method. Certified under PhilGAP by the Philippine Bureau of Plant Industry. The milk comes from premium powdered whole cow’s milk sourced from Hoosier Hill Farm in Indiana. Produced in small batches and available only through our shop, this 85g bar (150mm x 75mm x 6.8mm) is a true tree-to-bar indulgence for chocolate lovers seeking award-winning quality and traceable origin.
