All my stoneware trays are suitable for food or decorative use and can be microwaved and dishwasher-safe. However, avoid thermal shocks, which could cause parts to become fragile. Each ceramic produced in my workshop is unique. Some variations in shape, size and decor are therefore entirely possible compared to the pieces photographed. This sushi presentation tray is above all raw and timeless. It is inspired by Japanese ceramics and the Wabi Sabi style.
