This is like the traditional flat buckle collars, but with the upgraded military grade YKK it can easily be buckled with sand or dirt in the buckle! Although this is a great buckle for those muddy pups, the buckle does not hold up to heavy pulling. Metal Buckle: We offer a custom metal buckle, this is a heavy duty buckle that has been tested to withstand to heavy pulling. While no metal is completely rust resistant, this is made from stainless steel. We use a special coated webbing on all Adventure Tech that is completely mildew, water, and stink resistant.
