We purchased two of these for our store. One arrived damaged. We made a claim with photos and a replacement was sent out. Faire and tutu home then sent us an invoice for the replacement product. When I queried having to pay for replacement to a faulty item I got no response then faire / tutu went ahead and charged our credit card and took our money anyway. Not good business management - we won’t order from tutu again
