Being Mexican, his tacos are, of course, incredible—so when he offers, we don’t say no. Alongside his tacos, he always served a homemade hot sauce that we all loved. One day, we got bold and asked Chef Abel if he could create a similar sauce for Meat N' Bone. His response? "Deal... but can you make it black?" To bring this vision to life, we called on Chef Chucho Rojas to step in, refine the recipe, and make it both shelf-stable and strikingly black.
