Make your very own soap with our Layered Soap Making DIY Craft Kit. The melt-and-pour soap making method is easy to follow and improve upon. With instructions on how to incorporate a variety of additives and create layers, this craft teaches multiple techniques that can elevate one-of-a-kind soaps. This project takes about one hour to complete. Please note that melting and setting take time, but typically, each layer takes about 15 minutes to set. The final product needs two hours to set before bars can be cut. This project makes a 2x10 “loaf” which is cut into 10 bars. Included in Kit- shea butter soap base, 1 reusable silicone mold, 1 melting cup, mixing sticks, 3 dyes, 3 bags of dried florals, 3 scents, and soap cutting tools. Crafters will need a microwave, a knife, a cutting board, and wax paper.
