Our flours are freshly milled, organic, chemical free and made from BC-sourced grains. Using a stone-grinding method, they are less processed than commercial flours, retaining more of the natural grain elements, and are therefore healthier and more flavorsome. This Rye Wholegrain flour is made from the ancient grain, Rye, and is great for mixing into your breads or favorite baked goods recipes for its added wholesome, earthy flavors.
