These handmade fans mimic the appearance of Russian volume fans that you would make yourself. These help to speed up treatment time as the fans are already made. These lashes are cost effective costing only approx. 3p per fan. Mixed length boxes contain approx. 800 loose fans, containing lengths 8-15mm, 100 fans of each length. Choose from either C or D curl.
