Inspired by wild melons, succulents, and forest undergrowth, this glaze celebrates nature’s colour harmonies. Hand-painted dusty pink meets deep forest green, enriched by mineral specks drawn out during reduction firing. The surface carries flecks like the gentle speckling of melon skins. Rooted in soil, touched by fire, each piece carries a sense of place—warm, grounding, and quietly alive. Wheel-thrown and hand-glazed, this mug is made from high-fired stoneware clay, reaching 1298°C. Fully vitrified and non-porous, it's built to last—resisting water absorption, chemicals, and daily wear. The satin glaze brings a tactile finish, while double firing strengthens both form and function. Handmade by skilled ceramist in North Thailand.
