Small batch oil made with delicious Ascolano olives. This organic first cold press oil is certified by California Olive Oil Council. It is grassy, slightly peppery with a smooth buttery finish. Amazing as a dipping oil, drizzled on vegetables, salads, pizza and pasta. 250 ml (8.5 fl. oz.). It's nutritious and delicious.

Judi was extra helpful meeting a surprise deadline that I encountered. Communication was great right through the weekend and working through a holiday. The brand packaging is excellent, and the product is lovely.
