Our organic lentils in the 750g pack come from the Brandenburg Organic Lentil Project, which is passionately committed to local lentil cultivation. There, not only high-quality lentils are produced on healthy soils, but also important impulses for more biodiversity and soil-friendly agriculture. It quickly became clear to us: These lentils should be included in the range. Because they show how well regional agriculture, taste, and everyday practicality fit together. The lentils are green marbled, remain pleasantly firm to the bite when cooked, and have a mild nutty aroma – perfect for quick everyday cooking as well as for creative dishes.
