PREPARATION We always use seasonal fruit, at the right level of ripeness. We wash the pumpkin, peel it, cut it into pieces, and cook it in a pan with sugar and cinnamon. Once cooked, blend everything into a cream ready to enjoy! USAGE AND PAIRINGS Originally created as a sauce to pair with cheese, it can also be enjoyed for breakfast or a snack, on toast or bread, as is traditional. It's also excellent for filling cakes, pies, crepes, cookies, brioches, croissants, or for decorating cheesecakes, desserts, and ice creams. EXPIRATION Preferably consume within 3 years from packaging. Once opened, store in the fridge for a maximum of 7 days.
