It is a long rice that is produced, picked and processed on the lands of Camargue, in the south of France, by local producers using ancestral know-how. It has not undergone any preventive conservation treatment and is derived from non-GMO seeds. Parboiled long rice is ideal for preparing paellas and salads. It can be enjoyed sweet or savory, alone or accompanied. It is a product from organic farming and is certified FR-BIO-01. It is sold in a zipped, recyclable kraft bag produced by a French family business.
