Chanderi, a beautiful city in Madhya Pradesh, India, gave its name to this fine fabric. This hand woven scarf is then dyed with the colours of nature, their colours splashed on the surface. The pomegranate fruit rejected from the temples gives the fabric its apricot hue, while touches of coconut were sprinkled with the wind. In the morning light, we see the brightest mirages of colour emerging from this scarf, reminiscent of his eventful journey through rural towns and temples.
