For international orders, any customs or import duties are set by the destination country and are payable by the customer on arrival. An estimate is shown at checkout, but the exact fee can vary on arrival. Regarding the bag handles, they follow standard US sizing, but we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we review our designs.
