One of the turtle gems had two broken feet, the Chakra Wall hanging had one of the strings come apart and all of the stones fall off. All prior to us opening the packaging. The crystal display shelf is very poorly made. Very warped, lines don't line up, you can see unfinished wood where there should be paint. See photos.
