After a careful selection of raw materials, our rigate quills are handmade by extrusion in a bronze mold and then dried at low temperature and for a long time (18-20 hours). Our penne rigate cooks quickly (6 to 8 minutes). On each of our packages, a jumper is carefully placed manually. Manufacturing process: Extrusion and drying at low temperature.
