Designed to hold water and stand alone, this dome-shaped Terra Cotta Flower Frog Vase is handmade by artisans at Atuto in Guatemala from local terra cotta clay. This compact design features a protective, water-tight seal on the inside and multiple holes for stems. Use this Flower Frog Vase to display your favorite blooms; fresh, dried (Dried Nigella Pods pictured), or a few stems from our EcoFauxTM line. ABOUT ATUTO Atuto founder Holland Millis has worked with skilled craft-workers in Honduras for decades. A former Peace Corps volunteer from North Carolina, he leads the Atuto group in Sabanagrande, Honduras, which produces pieces made from clay, metal, stone, fiber, and wood — including this flower frog vase. Our customers are loving these unique vases and flower frogs. I was initially worried that the terracotta vases might not be watertight because the interior glaze is veryyy subtle -- but just like magic, no leaks or condensation appeared when we tested em out. Beautiful craftsmanship!
