From the Peranzana cultivar present in the company's fields, olives are harvested and, after being carefully washed and immersed in a solution of water and salt, they are processed to extract the pulp and create the new Bio Orto organic olive pâté. Through a natural method linked to our tradition, the combination of olives with fresh and organic raw materials, such as parsley and chili pepper, creates a unique and high-quality mix that releases the authentic and genuine flavor of the land of Puglia.
