Fresh ingredients to add: 125 g of butter, 3 eggs, 200 g of dark chocolate Preparation: 1) Coarsely chop the dark chocolate and melt it in a water bath. When it is melted, add the soft butter in chunks. Stir until you get a liquid and homogeneous mixture, remove from heat and let it cool. 2) In a bowl, beat the eggs, using an electric mixer, add the mixture, the chocolate and butter mixture (lukewarm). Preheat the oven to 180°C. 3) Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the dough carefully and level it evenly. If you want at this stage: add half of the fresh raspberries, before baking, use the remaining ones for decoration. Or some dried fruit, chopped hazelnuts. 4) Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes, once cooked, let it cool before serving.
