Sodium Percarbonate (Na2CO3*1.5 H2O2) is a solid, environmentally friendly and very stable bleaching agent, which combines the properties of hydrogen peroxide and sodium carbonate and provides excellent whitening and oxidative performance as well as alkalinity. One of the outstanding characteristics of sodium percarbonate is its excellent storage stability, which is achieved through a sophisticated production process with a highly efficient coating. Due to its high bulk density, the product is ideally suited for compact formulations. The abusive term “solid hydrogen peroxide” is used. It is used as: * Cleaner, degreaser, stain remover * Bleaching agent (washing powders), deodorizer, disinfectant (laundry) * Detergent manufacturing * Denture cleaning agents.
