Products are pretty good (although some did come a little banged up) but dispatch times are all over the place. First time I ordered these products for my business dispatch was super quick. However, the last few times they've been getting slower and slower... being a new business this has meant that I've had to have some super awkward conversations with customers who pre-ordered the products I was waiting on for Rover to send. I even ended up having to send multiple parcels...
