Our Parisian Macarons are one of our top selling pastry items. These wheat-free French sandwich cookies are made with almond flour and whipped egg whites. We fill ours with housemade Swiss Buttercream made with real 83% European butter and all-natural fruits and flavorings. Our jams are made in house with real sugar. Our macaron have a smooth shell, gently ruffled crown, and a soft bite. They display beautifully and provide a pop of color to any pastry case. Ships frozen with ice packs, if they arrive thawed you can re-freeze upon receiving. Display in a cooled case of 41 degrees or below. Store at fridge temp for 2-3 weeks, frozen for up to a year. We suggest allowing to come to room temp before serving for softest bite, but they also taste great right out of the cooler!
