Originating in India, Chai can be found anywhere in the country, preparations vary from region to region, the recipe changes to suit climates, tastes and the availability of ingredients. This Sticky Chai blend contains the whole leaf and broken Pekoe Assam tea, with a variety of traditional spices which include cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger, star anise and black peppercorns.
